Name change

Are you unfortunately unable to attend and want to transfer your ticket to someone else? 

Yes, this is possible. Note: Requesting this upgrade can be done up to three days before the start of the event.* 

The cost for the name change is €1 plus any transaction fees. These should be paid by the new ticket holder.

To transfer the ticket to someone else, you can follow the following steps:

In the confirmation email of your order, you can find the "Manage Order" button at the bottom. Clicking this will take you to an overview of your order. Here you can select name changes per ticket by clicking on the three white dotts. 

World Pass tickets (WP) are not transferable!
